Our products consist of digital supplier links delivered instantly via email. Due to the nature of these digital goods, they are considered delivered and accessed once the email has been successfully sent to the customer.
Eligibility for Refunds
We aim to provide a smooth and satisfying experience for all customers. However, please note the following conditions:
- Digital Delivery: Once the supplier links have been delivered to your email address, they are considered received, accessed, and used.
- Non-Tangible Items: As digital products cannot be physically returned, they are generally non-refundable after delivery.

We understand that certain situations may require special consideration. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the digital product (e.g., invalid or non-working links)
